For this case we will leave the drainage system as is
The path will be built alongside the ditch in this case and may cross it in some areas
CONS
Dangerous for bikers; a fence or barrier will be needed
Does not clean the the ditch or surrounding area of trash
Does not provide the bank of the ditch any support
Could lead to a collapse of the slope over time
This option leaves the area in the most untouched, natural state
PROS
This option also costs the least amount by far
Even considering the added fence or barrier and the long term effect to the slope
Mostly for the safety issues over the short term and long term, as well as the clients wants, we will not be choosing this option
